It is charged with the mission of driving Africa's Economic development, by enhancing the competitiveness of African business private sector.

The Fundation strives to deploy the resources to generate solutions to challenges that inhibit the growth of the African private sector. Through its commitment to catalytic philanthropy, The TEF seeks to achieve its mission by enhancinh the capacity of African businesses, supporting and driving policies that promote competition, deploying financial capital through impact investments, and education on entrepreneurship.
This birthed the Tony Elumemu Entrepreneurial Program inaugural class of 2015.
This year 2016, the opportunity is opened once more to another set of 1,000 African entrepreneurs and people with fresh business ideas but lack the start up capital to realize their vision. The foundation will be giving a non-refundable sum of $5,000 and a soft loan of additional $5,000 to start ups and businesses in their wary stages. To apply click here .
