The Independent National Electoral Commission Via the Secretary to The Commission, Augusta Ogakwu, in a dully signed statement, stated that the deadline for the collection of the Permanent Voters Card(PVC) has been further shifted to the 8th of March 2015. This according to her was done to offer registered voters who are yet to collect their PVC an opportunity to do so, in readiness for the March 28th and April 11th elections. It will however be recalled, that this will be the third time the deadline has been shifted.
