Iran Offers to Help Nigeria In The Fight Against Boko Haram

امیرعبداللهیان: انتخابات ایران مردمی تر از آمریکا است
Iran has offered to help fight Boko Haram, as part of  its contribution to Global Peace. This announcement was made via Iran's Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Amir Hossein Abdollohian, as a sideline for the on-going 24th Assembly of the African Union (AU) Heads of State and Government on Saturday, in Addis Ababa.

Abdollohian while making this statement noted that the activities of Boko Haram in Nigeria are similar to that of Al-Shabaab in Somalia, Al-Qaeda, ISIL and other terrorist groups in the middle-east.
He further revealed that Iran will be employing its experience in dealing with these terrorist groups to help Nigerians deal with Boko Haram.
This indeed is welcome development.
