INEC Applies To The Supreme Court For Further Explanation Of Her Judgement In Oguebego's Case

The Independent National Electoral Commission has filed a motion with the Supreme court of Nigeria for a further explanation of the implication of its judgement, upholding the Federal High court judgement, that only the
Oguebego's PDP executives have the rights to conduct the party primaries in Anambra state.
This application according to INEC is to serve the interest of justice, equity and good conscience. To ensure that the right steps are taken by the electoral body.
The Supreme court is yet to fix a date for the hearing of the motion. Let's all keep our fingers crossed, and hope for the best.
