The Globacom Conferderation of African Football (CAF) Awards gala holds tonight. According to The Confederation of African Football and the official sponsor of the annual Awards, Globacom Nigeria, in a joint press conference last monday, stated that the investure of President Buhari with a platinum award will be held tonight at the International Conference Centre, Abuja during the annual awards gala.
They further intimated that this investure is in line with the tradition of CAF, to honour the President of the country in which the annual Awards is takes place, and to also appreciate President Buhari's passionate contribution to the development of African football.
They also announced the top three players nominated for the very priced African Footballer of The Year Award, the nominees for the Africa-base 'footballer of the year' as well as several other nominees.
Congrats President Mohammadu Buhari for another feather to your cap!
